Transfers
There is only one way into and out of the valley. As such, the route from Albertville to Moutiers
and Bourg St. Maurice can get very busy on Saturdays. Obviously the worst of this occurs over
the peak holiday periods. In order to avoid the traffic and potential delays we recommend early
flights in both directions. If your outbound flight arrives mid morning you can be on the road by
11 and avoid the queues to the resort. Like wise, if your homeward flight departs at 11am you
would need to leave your resort at 7am and would again avoid the traffic.

journey is on major autoroutes. Driving is particularly cost-effective if you're in a large group.
French fuel prices are lower than in the UK, but remember that you'll have to pay autoroute tolls.
